The main purpose of White Space is to give you time to reflect in a guided way far from your usual routine so that you can think without distraction

- You’ll take stock of your life and find new ways of being and living that will take you forward in the best way for you.
- It will be a safe space to explore things you may not have looked at yet or questions you may not have answers to.
- The exercises will challenge and shift you to explore new ways of thinking, believing and being.
- There will be plenty of time for personal reflection and space to be on your own, as you wish. You may walk, go to beach, be in nature, or just hang out….
- My wish for you is that you become totally absorbed in yourself and your life, your hopes and your dreams, devoting the time and space to yourself and the process only.
- Leave the outside world behind and be with yourself.
You will also benefit by being part of a small, diverse group of special people from a variety of backgrounds.
